We are taking strict measures to be able to undertake clients photographic and short form video projects within our controlled and self contained 1000 sqft studio.

CAN I USE MY OWN PHOTOGRAPHER?

To ensure we maintain stringent hygiene control on who is coming through the studio, all photography work will be undertaken by Kai Bastard who has 20 years creating a cross section of national and global campaigns. View portfolio here

WHAT PROJECTS CAN WE UNDERTAKE?

We are undertaking product, food and portraiture shoots. Each project will be assessed on requirement and then a written action plan, with full protocol, procedures and restrictions will prepared with a detailed time plan.

HOW CAN YOU ENSURE THE STUDIO DOES NOT HAVE COVID 19?

Studies on COVID 19 have shown that is can live up to 9 days* outside the human body. To mitigate and ensure the studio itself is decontaminated we have the put into place a closure period that exceeds the life expectancy of COVID 19 on hard surface material.

The last studio shoot was took place on 17/03/2020. With the last individual entering the space on the 18/03/2020 to do general cleaning. We have keep the studio on full lockdown with nobody entering the space for 11 days, and then have undertaken a deep clean of the entire studio to ensure the space and objects are sanitised and disinfected.

After every shoot the studio and all items used are disinfected to ensure the safety of the next project.

CAN THE CREATIVE TEAM COME ON SET?

We would recommend that client and agency teams do not come on set. We have live video feeds connecting you to the studio, keeping you in control by seeing real time footage. We also screen share as the captures are being taken to allow you to access and comment creatively on direction and requirement. All imagery captured on the day will then be processed and put online into a private review area.

WHAT PROTOCOLS HAVE YOU PUT IN PLACE?

Below is an outline of our main protocols:

1. Every individual accessing the studio travels via their own modes of transport.

2. Masks and Gloves to be worn by everyone at all times, with the exception of the model when it comes to the time to photograph and film.

2. No physical contact allowed and a minimum distance of 2m between each individual is adhered to at all times.

3. If hair and make up is required the model will have to bring and apply their own.]

4. All products will be handled and sanitised prior to shooting. The items will be sanitised again prior to being re-packaged and delivery back to the recipient.

A more detailed outline of our guidelines and protocols will be supplied and agreed to by all parties involved prior to confirming any project.
