OVERVIEW

The gorilla hands were sculpted in CGI with bespoke brushes created from photographic reference of real hand texture. The hair was developed through ‘Shave & Haircut’ with finessing and detailing undertaken in retouching. The backplate along with the banana were photographic elements comped into the shot.
