BETTER THE DEVIL YOU KNOW
With the anticipated results coming out today I could not resit to create an image that is a twisted take on what is going on behind closed doors. The image is a combination of in camera photographic techniques, 3D and post production to create the scene. The image depicts the deity Baphomet getting ready for the election results 2020. Squeezing into his best President Trump skin for the anticipated announcement today.
If your unsure who Baphomet is, it’s easy to assume his the devil himself, but he/she is actually a deity of the equilibrium of opposites (e.g. half-human and half-animal, male and female (we left the breasts off), good and evil, on and off, etc.). Baphomet represents a tradition that should result in a perfect social order.
This image can be interpreted in a few ways with a play on what is good and what is evil, and is the viewers own interpretation of this as it’s down to their religious beliefs.
And also leaves a few questions as to weather Baphomet has always been Trump or is taking of Trump for the first time to carry on the gauntlet and his second term to bring equilibrium and balance to things.
Turpin and myself have decided to sign this image with our names written backwards and the ‘T’ Turned upside down to form a symbol of satanism with the upturned crucifix …………………………….Hail Satan and God Bless
